THE WINTER OF THE CENTURY – 1929, EUROPE IN CRISIS, directed by Linn Sackarnd, was honored with the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival Award at the Visioni dal Mondo International Documentary Film Festival in Milan.
The jury explained its decision as follows:
“We chose to award this project for its unique and well-developed concept, as well as for its extraordinary form. We would also like to recognize its brilliant and creative use of archival materials.”
With this award, the project will have the opportunity to be presented at the Millennium Docs Against Gravity Film Festival in Poland.
